Diana Harbi is the founder and CEO of Excellence Realty, a North Carolina–based brokerage recognized for integrity, strategic representation, and elevated client experiences.
A graduate of Universidad del Valle with a degree in Industrial Design, Diana combines creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail with high-level business expertise. Her background enhances her approach to marketing, property presentation, and client service.
With 13 years of experience in North American banking and a strong foundation in finance and lending, Diana provides her clients with a distinct competitive advantage. Her deep understanding of mortgage structures, credit positioning, and financial strategy allows her to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with clarity — helping them build not only homeownership, but long-term financial security.
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Diana proudly serves clients in English and Spanish. Through her team and professional network, Excellence Realty also provides support in Arabic, French, and Portuguese, ensuring seamless communication across diverse communities.
She holds multiple professional designations, including ABR®, Luxury Homes Certification, NC Housing Certification, C2EX, and North Carolina Public Notary. Known for her strong negotiation skills and refined approach, Diana delivers personalized, results-driven representation at every level.
